Our upgraded facilities now boast:

• A large crane with 15 tonne lifting capacity;
• A brand new purpose built abrasive grit blasting facility;
• Climatically controlled protective coating application room; so coating is applied at optimal temperature levels (resulting in optimal repairs and finishes);
• Our new machine shop is equipped with the latest equipment, giving us machining capability up to 6.0 metres in length with 880mm diameter, and 4.5 metres in length with 1450mm diameter;
• Taper turning capabilities;
• Drilling and milling services
• Manufacture of shafts, bushings, and sleeves;
• Mig welding in cast iron, stainless steel, bronze, and mild steel; AND
• Repair and maintenance service for all rotating equipment including pumps, blowers, valves, gearboxes, rollers and mixers.
