Head Office Workshop Facility in Melbourne

In 1989, a workshop repair facility was established at the Melbourne head office site. This new service allowed customers to send fluid flow equipment to Rezitech for repair or refurbishment with Belzona.

An emphasis was placed on the repair of liquid ring vacuum pumps, utilising the Belzona Ceramic Metals systems and specialised repair techniques.

Including development of a much larger workshop, new grit blasting facilities, new machine shop and investment in a diverse range of lathes, a heavy duty overhead crane and new coating equipment, mean that Rezitech can now provide a broad range of maintenance and engineering services to a wealth of industries.

In 1991, a second workshop facility was established in Townsville, Northern Queensland to service the sugar, mining and water industries.

Due to the success of the vacuum pump ventures in both workshops, Rezitech commenced manufacture of the Flowtech range of liquid ring vacuum pumps in 1992.

These vacuum pumps are used extensively in process industry including, pulp and paper, sugar, mining, waste management and food processing.

In 1993, Rezitech added a range of liquid ring vacuum pumps smaller in capacity than the Flowtech range, allowing Rezitech to offer vacuum pumps in capacities from 30cfm (---m3/hr) to 13,000cfm (22,000m3/hr).
